I know that Thomas has three facilities that offers packages.
Wyndham Sugar Bay (You have an excellent spa, if you are in ourselves, that)
Bolongo Bay
Marriott Frenchman's Reef
I do not think that it all inclusive in Santa Cruz or San Juan.

The Marriott hotel in St. Thomas is very pretty. Theres a swim-up pool bar and you can make drinks! It's fun. San Juan prefer, but safer and more pleasant. You can make a day trip to San Juan, 30 minutes by ferry. :)
travelzoo.com is very good. I always recommend that you go first, good deals and a good base, which will be at the expense of her figure.
