Will taking things like Coconut oil and, or hemp oil, help you not to loose as much weight on a juice fast? - coconut oil fast
I read that hemp and flax should not be used because it will quickly go rancid ... say that they eat the seeds, but took as quickly as coconut and juice do not help me lose as much weight as you would normally do?

Yes, of course. Oil is 100 percent fat. When you eat fat, you will lose less weight than if you do not eat fat. It is a simple and clear.
