Hdmi To Optical Can You Run HDMI And Optical At The Same Time?

Can you run HDMI and Optical at the same time? - hdmi to optical

I want my DVD player to my TV to take with my cable HDMI 1080p upscaling. I also run the view of my home theater to get the best possible sound. Is it possible that both work together or is there another way to accomplish this task.

HDMI Optical and coaxial all have the same quality because they are all digital signals.

The difference is, without loss of optical distance (regardless of the distance is really just tricks)

Online adds HDMI digital video cable to elminate additional cables.

So you can get the same quality, via links.

Yes you can, but the difference between the optical connector and HDMI port is (not visible if you have high quality can be useful, but if the components using media of high quality road is not much difference).

If your system does not support audio over HDMI, you need to connect from DVD to TV HDMI for video and optical from DVD to an audio system.

Yes, you can simply use the settings in the Audio settings for DVD optical HDMI. It should be possible, if not, please let me know.
